Driver refuses breath test after crash

A HEAVILY intoxicated Brisbane man has been given notice to appear in court after the vehicle he was driving crashed through a fence at Bundamba.

Police were called to the scene on the corner of Cornish and Egerton Sts on Saturday at 6am where the male refused to supply a breath test.

The 29-year-old lost control of the Toyota Camry which careered of the road and into a fence on a vacant lot.
