IT WAS game, set and match when it came to winning some revenge for Alexandr Dolgopolov.

The Ukrainian beat Australia's No.1 Bernard Tomic, who had beaten him in the Australian Open, 6-2 5-7 6-1 in the second round of the Monte-Carlo Masters.

In other matches, seven-time defending champion Rafael Nadal and top-seed Novak Djokovic, won easily.Djokovic beat Andreas Seppi 6-1 6-4 win while Nadal downed Jarkko Nieminen 6-4 6-3.
