Do you know a young achiever?

THE search is on for our region's brightest and greatest young minds.

Nominations for the Queensland Young Achiever Awards open on Tuesday September 12.

Regional Queenslanders are urged to nominate children and young people no older than 29 for the Create Change, Online Achievement, Community Volunteer, Aboriginal Achievement, Arts and Fashion, Regional Achiever, Leadership and Small Business Achiever categories.

Nominations close on December 15 and the winners will be crowned at a gala presentation on May 4, 2018.

Each category winner will take home $2000 and a trophy.
