Jess and Ayden in town to help prospective buyers

PROVIDENCE'S 24-home display village will open this weekend with an activity packed two-day HomeExpo festival.

Television personalities Jess and Ayden from The Block will be special guests to give prospective buyers tips and tricks on building and designing their dream homes.

The HomeExpo will run over Saturday and Sunday with family activities and food on offer.

It features homes from some of Australia's largest builders including Metricon, Plantation Homes, Stylemaster, Ausbuild, Bold Properties, Burbank, Simonds, Hotondo Homes and Planbuild Homes.

Up to 2500 people were involved during construction of the HomeExpo including designers, building company staff, building suppliers and tradespeople.

Providence project director Michael Khan said they were expecting a big turnout for the festival given the amount of interest in Providence and the size and quality of the Expo.

"We've got nine of Australia's top builders who are showcasing the latest in quality home designs," he said.
