BrekkieWear: McDonald's launches limited clothing range

FOR a limited time McDonald's is serving more than just fast food.

The fast food chain is today launching its first clothing range: BrekkieWear.

News.com.au reports consumers will be able to purchase a T-shirt, pyjama trousers or button-up dress in a McMuffins-and-hash-browns-against-a-Hamburglar-style-background print from 2pm.

But those McLovin' the range will have to hurry, only 300 items will be up for grabs through McDonald's online eBay store.

The range was designed by Sydney designer Emma Mulholland.

In a statement, Ms Mulholland said she creates "unique designs that celebrate what Australians love and pieces that are comfortable to wear".

"So the ideas started flowing as soon as Macca's asked me to collaborate with them on this range.

"I hope people enjoy the designs and jump online to buy their all day BrekkieWear," she said.

The T-shirts will sell for $35, the pyjama pants $40 and a button-up dress for $50.

All proceeds from sales will go to Ronald McDonald House Charities.

Today's launch of the clothing range marks the final rollout of McDonald's all-day breakfast menu in Queensland and New South Wales.

McDonald's first introduced its all All Day Breakfast in June with trials in Queensland, South Australia and West Australia.
