Break and enter charges dropped following death
POLICE have dropped charges against a man after learning he had died since his arrest last year.
Dennis John Rowan had been charged with break and enter.
Prosecutor Amy Stannard provided Ipswich Magistrates Court on Monday with Mr Rowan's death certificate.
Magistrate Stuart Shearer subsequently dismissed the charges.
