Boyle backs professional approach

WESTERN Pride general manager Pat Boyle believes Karl Dodd is a perfect fit for the Ipswich region's National Premier League club.

Dodd has started his new role after Olympic state league coach Tim Brown recently withdrew his application.

"He's going to be a massive positive for our club,'' Boyle said of former A-League player Dodd.

"His attention to detail and everything epitomises what the committee and everyone at Pride is doing.

"He'll add another dimension to our professionalism.''
