THE Bonner family will be having an even bigger Christmas than usual this year with one more member now added to their large extended family.

Karana Downs parents Sarah and Nathan Bonner celebrated the birth of their first daughter Ava Mae Bonner who was born on November 1 at 11.49am weighing 3.4kg.

The happy couple said their daughter was sure to get up to trouble come the holiday season with her six cousins who were all under three years old.

"All but one of her cousins are girls as well," dad Nathan said. "We knew we were having a girl so she's fully stocked with pink clothes."

Mum Sarah said her husband and their new daughter were already thick as thieves.

"She looks like her dad I think, they have the same nose," she said. "She's definitely going to be a daddy's girl."
