Big Brother viewers dump Dion in snap eviction

BRISBANE "gym junkie" Dion Kallis was sent packing from the Big Brother house tonight.

The 24-year-old was the second housemate booted off the reality TV show after failing to gain the support of the viewing public.

The clean-living hair product salesman got the chop in tonight's snap eviction, with the remaining four nominated housemates still facing a regular eviction tomorrow night.

He was just one percentage point behind whichever housemate will go tomorrow night.

Kallis originally entered the Big Brother house paired with Canberra real estate agent Jason Roses.

But his appetite and obsession with fitness clearly grated on the other housemates, who cited them as reasons for nominating him.

In the Dreamworld studio, he danced up a storm in what host Sonia Kruger jokingly called an audition for the Magic Mike sequel.

He tipped Paralympian Sam Bramham to win the show.

"He's a good bloke," he said.

"He's got the whole package; well he doesn't have the whole package but close enough."

Melbourne midwife Cat Law was declared safe from tonight's and tomorrow night's evictions after attracting the biggest share, 30 percent, of the public vote.

Kruger let Kallis in on the news that a male intruder will enter the Big Brother house on Wednesday.

"I hope it's a good-looking guy to ruffle up the girls," he said.

"That's going to shift them for sure."
