Stanley will remain behind bars in police custody until his next appearance before the magistrate tomorrow morning.

EARLIER: THE MAN who barricaded himself in a Berserker house and forced neighbourhood into lockdown for over four-hours on Friday swore loudly at a police prosecutor and magistrate in court this morning.

Stanley Stanley Jnr, 49, appeared in the Rockhampton Magistrates Court  for a bail application with police objecting to the application as Stanley was deemed an 'unacceptable risk'.

During his swearing episode, Stanley repeated the phrase 'why they gotta bring up my past all the time' and 'this is f*%king bullshit'.

He was then led out of the dock and out of the courtroom with the matter adjourned until later in the day.

The court heard Stanley was granted bail on March 31 for willful damage charges.

After Friday's incident, Stanley is also facing court for charges of threatening violence, serious assault police officer, unlawful possession of weapons and public nuisance.
