Asset test on pensioners a sign of politician hypocrisy

I SEE the CIG think-tank is telling the Federal Government to include the family home on the pension assets test.

Why don't pollies get assets tested before they get their big fat pensions - all while they accept a high-paying job and own five rental properties?

We have worked our guts out paying income tax to the Federal Government for the pension. Where do these pensioners live if they get knocked back because their home is worth a bit too much?
