Armed robbery at Redbank Plains

A MAN armed with two knives robbed the Freedom Fuels service station at Redbank Plains this morning.

Police said the man entered the Kruger Parade store about 2.45am, demanding money from the male attendant.

The offender put the money in a plastic bag before running in a southerly direction - towards the roundabout intersection with Redbank Plains Rd.

Nobody was injured.

The man is described as being of Pacific Islander appearance, around 180cm tall, with a stocky build and aged in his 20s.

He was wearing a light grey hooded jacket and blue jeans.
