Armed robbery in Booval last night

POLICE are investigating an armed robbery in Booval last night.

Initial information suggests that around 6.45pm, two men have entered a convenience store on North Station Road.

One of the men has produced a knife, while the other man has taken cash from the till.

The two men have then left the business and were last seen running towards Caithness Street.

No one was physically injured during the robbery.

The first man was last seen wearing a blue hooded jumper and had his face covered with a bandana.

The second man was last seen wearing a red hooded jumper and had his face covered with a bandana.

Police investigations continue.
