Alleged upskirter's case adjourned

A MAN charged with alleged upskirting-type offences has had his matter mentioned briefly in court.

Peak Crossing man Simon Martin Fraser, 48, was charged on December 19, 2015 with one count of observations or recordings in breach of privacy.

The charges relate to the genital or anus region.

The alleged offences occurred on September 20, 2015 at Peak Crossing.

His solicitor sought an adjournment on Friday in Ipswich Magistrates Court which was granted.

The matter was adjourned until March 11.
