Alleged stolen car in crash

A VEHICLE allegedly stolen from Gatton has been involved in a serious crash at Murrumba, about 75km north-west of Ipswich.

Two 16-year-old girls were airlifted to the Princess Alexandra Hospital with serious injuries following the crash at 6.45am Wednesday.

The male driver of the sedan was allegedly travelling at high speed along the Murrumba Road when he lost control.

The vehicle left the road and rolled several times, with one youth thrown out before it came to a stop.

A 15-year-old girl and two 16-year-old boys were taken by ambulance to hospital in a stable condition.

The forensic crash unit is investigating.
