Accused graffiti 'artist' facing 71 charges

IPSWICH man Brandon Hastings will face court next month for a lengthy plea on 71 separate charges including 23 for graffiti and 20 separate charges for fare evasion.

Mr Hastings, 20, had his case in Ipswich Magistrates Court adjourned again on Tuesday.

In January Mr Hastings was released on bail and ordered to report to police three times per week.

He's facing a host of charges namely in relation to an alleged incident in September at Redbank.

He was also warned that if he went anywhere near a train station he would be sent to jail.

Among the 71 charges listed in Mr Hastings' case are 19 charges for breaching bail conditions.

Mr Hastings, who last year pleaded guilty to swearing at police and shouting 'come and get us you pigs', will appear in court on August 29.
