PUP candidate put last on Slipper's how-to-vote card

THE Palmer United Party candidate for Fisher has been placed last on incumbent member Peter Slipper's how-to-vote card.

Party leader Clive Palmer said he did not expect Mr Slipper to place Bill Schoch any higher.

"But it's interesting he's placed (fellow Fisher candidate) Mal Brough higher," he said.

Mr Palmer called a press conference last month to claim Mr Brough approached him to fund James Ashby's failed sexual harassment case against Mr Slipper.

Mr Brough flatly denied the suggestion while Mr Slipper called on his opponent to resign.
