$800 fine for nude romp in Bilo street for 45-year-old woman
SHE wore black trousers, thongs and a black and white woollen jumper in court on Wednesday, but 10 months ago this woman liberated herself of all clothing and started running around a Biloela street.
It was this act of nudity that landed her before Magistrate Barry Cosgrove and with an $800 fine.
The woman, 45, pleaded guilty to two public nuisance charges and two assault or obstruct police officer charges.
Police were called to a disturbance around 6am on September 23 where the woman was running onto a Biloela street naked and shouting at cars.
Police Prosecutor Nina Sulzer told the court the street was "a 70kmh zone with relatively high traffic and morning walkers".
The woman was later found in her home partly dressed.
