REVISIT the colourful world of woven plastic that made it big in fashion and homewares during the 1960s.

The collection of decades-old weaving work featuring in 1960s Plastic Weave was curated by Glenn Cooke.

After checking out the featured work, you can also learn how to weave yourself at the exhibition's hands-on display.

The exhibition is on until March 20.

GET out into nature and explore a landscape that is home to one of the most endangered trees in Australia. The swamp tea-tree grows only in pockets in south-east Queensland and is found in abundance at Purga Nature Reserve.

Walking trails allow for easy exploration and walkers also have the chance to spot local wildlife such as wallabies and koalas.
