IPSWICH will get a taste of London's West End and New York City's Broadway with the Ipswich Musical Theatre Company's (IMTC) first performance for 2015, Live at the Courthouse. The one-night-only show will feature an impressive array of soloists performing a range of universally loved songs.

2 Open Gardens Fundraiser

VISIT Wayne and Val Lawson's prize-winning garden at their Open Gardens Australia Charity Fundraiser this weekend. Morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea will be on offer as well as products from various plant and craft stalls.

4 Super Club Day

HOSTED by the Ipswich Junior Speedway, this Super Club Day is packed with racing action. See the champions of the future in 125cc, 250cc and 500cc solo action. The day will include appearances by Josh Coyne, Zaine Kennedy and a host of other stars.

5 Poppy Craft Session

THE Ipswich Libraries are hosting the latest free 'Pop in for Poppies' craft session on Friday with the aim of making 1560 poppies as a community tribute of respect and remembrance to commemorate those who served in the First World War. That's one poppy for every day Australian's fought in World War One.
