Air Australia.
HERVEY Bay Travel Counsellor representative Julie Gieloff has assured travellers that all customers who had booked with now-defunct airline Air Australia will be reimbursed.
"They don't have to worry how it leaves them financially," she said.
All travellers who booked a flight on the airline through the company will be reimbursed for the original cost of the flight, including those without travel insurance.
Air Australia was place in voluntary administration last Friday and all flights were suspended.
It left thousands of passengers stranded overseas, including in Bali, Thailand and Hawaii.
