Eagle Rock Cafe waitresses Dee (left) and Nikki model their new uniforms in preparation for Sunday’s big opening.
LAIDLEY will be transported back to the good old days of rock 'n' roll on Sunday when the town's Eagle Rock Cafe is officially opened.
Formerly known as Delish, the new cafe will offer residents and visitors a new dining experience.
Owner Gary Morris said the original establishment was destroyed when it was inundated in the January floods.
"Delish died on January 10," Mr Morris said.
"However, this brand new premises will highlight how the bottom end of Patrick St has risen from the mud and been born again.
"Because of our love for the '50s and '60s era, we decided to go with the theme of the 'age of elegance' and have decorated the cafe with all good things from those wonderful days.
"Even our waitresses will be decked out in uniforms from that period."
Mr Morris said the official opening would take place at 11am with a line-up of classic and custom cars in attendance.
