IPSWICH residents will make every cup count at Australia’s Biggest Morning Tea events throughout the area on Thursday.
Cancer Council Queensland regional fundraising co-ordinator Kristen Bastian said Australia’s Biggest Morning Tea was a popular fundraiser.
“May is morning tea time. So tea up your friends or workmates and help tip the balance in the fight against cancer,” she said.
“It’s easy, it’s fun and together you’ll be making a big difference, because every cup counts.”
Funds raised from Australia’s Biggest Morning Tea are invested in Cancer Council Queensland’s cancer research, patient support services and education programs.
