Learn to be a property tycoon

PROPERTY expert Don Duncan is set to visit Ipswich on Wednesday for a wealth-creation seminar.

Hosted by PRDnationwide Ipswich, the free seminar is aimed at budding property investors.

PRDnationwide has established a new PRDnationwide Investor Services unit providing research, education and support to show clients where the growth spots will be and walk them through every step of the process to build a multi-million dollar property portfolio.

The first information session will be held at Booval and aims to teach people how to organise investments and grow wealth.

PRDnationwide Ipswich director Peter Mendoza said knowing where the best property hot spots were was a vital skill that few had been taught.

Mr Mendoza said demand for these types of services was governed by “baby boomers”.

“They are concerned that they may not have adequate capital to fund a comfortable retirement,” Mr Mendoza said. The unit will focus on investments in the south-east. Bookings for the seminar at Swifts Sports Club on March 17, can be made by emailing ipswich@prd.com.au or by phoning 3282 9877.
