A MAN allegedly fondled and licked a 15-year-old girl's feet to satisfy his unusual fetish, a court heard.
Ipswich District Court was told the 43-year-old man massaged, rubbed and sucked his step-son's girlfriend's feet several times, when she was at his house between November 30, 2007 and July 2 last year.
Crown Prosecutor Sal Vasta said the first time the Flinders View man allegedly fondled the girl's feet she was in bed with her boyfriend.
The man told the boy his mother would be upset to find out they were cuddling in bed and while talking he allegedly reached under the doona and began touching her feet, Mr Vasta said.
“She said she felt really weird,” he said.
Mr Vasta said the man fondled her feet another two times that night.
“He lifted her legs up and started licking and sucking on them,” he said.
The man was also charged with fondling her feet after stopping near a golf course while driving her home and another time in the lounge room.
“These things occurred a number of times,” Mr Vasta said. “She told him she didn't want this to happen anymore - she even sent him a message asking him to not do it anymore and he replied “yeah okay”.”
The man, who cannot be named, pleaded not guilty to five charges of unlawfully and indecently dealing with a child under 16 years.
Mr Vasta said the petite 15-year-old did not try to stop the touching because her alleged attacker was a large man and she was afraid of him.
The man admitted to police he had a “slight foot fetish” but he claimed he only once gave the girl a “Chinese massage” in the lounge room, Mr Vasta said.
“He said he used his chin because that makes it more sensual... and maybe his lips did touch her foot but he did not intend for it to become a sexual come-on,” he said.
Mr Vasta said the alleged touching was reported to police after the girl discovered the man was also fondling the feet of her boyfriend's cousin, also 15. The trial continues.
