IT'S been almost three years since Jet's last album, so the Aussie rockers are throwing a big party to celebrate their new record Shaka Rock.
Jet is putting on a free, all-ages concert at Sydney's Luna Park on August 2 that will be broadcast live around the country on Channel V.
It will also be available to watch live online at www.channelv.com.au.
The ARIA Award-winning band will play new single She's A Genius and other songs off their forthcoming album, ahead of its release on August 21.
They will also play some of their greatest hits off the Get Born and Shine On albums, which have racked up sales in excess of four million worldwide.
The event, which will be held at the Big Top at Luna Park, follows Jet's highlight performances at the Sydney and Melbourne Sound Relief concerts earlier this year.
