RIDE2WORK DAY is this Wednesday, and it's aimed at encouraging workers to try cycling as a mode of transport.
Bicycle Network survey results show the annual event works, with most participants who took part last year riding their bike to work at least once a week this year.
Ipswich workers and University of Queensland students will be among the thousands of Australians who will don their helmets and pedal to their workplaces this Wednesday.
