Why do Cramb St residents have to put up with noise from one house

People in Cramb Street are sick of the tenants from one house causing noise and mayhem all hours of the day and night. We endured one lot of tenants they moved and we thought things would be better. Then new tenants moved in and they are making noise at 4am in the morning, then calling a taxi, screaming out for people to hurry up, therowing empty cans on the footpath etc. The one Real Estate Agent is responsible for these tenants who have done nothing but cause trouble
