Truck and car crash on Warrego Hwy

UPDATE: A TRUCK driver has been taken to hospital suffering shock following a two-vehicle crash on the Warrego Highway.

The truck collided with a car near the Bremer River Bridge at Bundamba about 12.30pm.

The driver of the car escaped injury.

Brisbane-bound traffic was brought to a standstill while firefighters worked to clean up a fluid spill on the left lane.

The right lane remains open.
