Three children in car rollover

A FEMALE driver and three children were taken to hospital following a single vehicle rollover into bushland near Purga today.

Police said the car carrying four people, including three minors, ploughed into bushland and rolled at 8.10am on Saturday on Ipswich-Boonah Rd between Peak Crossing and Purga near the Steggles Factory.

Queensland Ambulance Services transported the female driver to Ipswich General Hospital in a stable condition.

Three minors were also transported for precautions.

The Queensland Fire and Rescue Service also attended and the road was closed until about 9.10am.

Investigations are continuing.
