Teen with handgun robs cafe

A YOUNG man with a handgun robbed a Peak Crossing cafe on Saturday morning.

A man aged between 15 and 20 entered the Country Cafe on Fassifern St before 6am on Saturday.

Police stated the man pulled out handgun gun and demanded money from the 30-year-old store attendant.

Police allege he then stole money from the till before fleeing the scene on foot.

The man is described as 170cm tall, of slim build, and was wearing a green jacket, blue jeans and didn't have any visible tattoos or markings.
