Small bushfire at Leichhardt

FIREFIGHTERS were called to a small blaze in a gully at Leichhardt this afternoon.

Grey smoke could be seen coming from two small fires in bushland off Avon St about 1.20pm.

One crew of firefighters attended and had the blaze under control in 10 minutes.

There was no threat to property.
