Residents receive one-off water bill relief

RESIDENTS in Ipswich, Scenic Rim, Somerset and the Lockyer Valley have begun receiving the once-off $80 rebate on their first quarterly Urban Utilities water bill.

The rebate is a part of a $92 million election promise made by Campbell Newman's to cut the cost of living.

The QT is keen to hear from readers who have received the one-off rebate. Please use the toolbar to the lower right of this story to submit your comments.
