Radio host 'knocked up' Gangnam Style by wicked colleague
A SUNSHINE Coast radio personality just about to give birth to her second child has been parodied in a spoof based on the hit Gangnam Style.
Sami Muirhead is described as being as 'big as a Range Rover' in the song written by her co-host Todd Widdicombe.
"Knocked Up, Pregnant Style'' has already raised plenty of laughs on local station Hot 91 - even from the good humoured Sami.
And if the wicked Widdicombe has his way, his hit might be bigger than Korean singer PSY or at least Sami's expectant belly.
"Her name is Sami and she's as big as a Range Rover.
"For breakfast every day she eats a family size pavlova,'' the song starts out.
It goes on to take a swipe at the Sunshine Coast's most infamous MP.
"If her health was a career, it was be Peter Slipper's.'
Sami is then to said to have more roast chicken than billionaire Clive Palmer.
"She still look to me like a pretty kinda lady but yesterday she cut her leg and it bleed gravy.''
Sami could see the funny side of her co-host's latest efforts.
"Well, I am pretty big but I am also 41 weeks pregnant now so I guess that is no surprise!
"Luckily I adore Toddy and know his wicked little parody and his cheeky lyrics are very much tongue in cheek!
"And yes, I must admit he has nailed it when he says I have been eating truckloads of hot chips and gravy.
" And Snickers! And cinnamon donuts. They are the big cravings! When I first heard the song I laughed hysterically!
"It is so wrong it is right!"
