Poll reveals minority government has 'failed' to deliver

AUSTRALIA'S flirtation with minority government has been an abject failure, a poll has found.

That was the key message to come from a Newspoll published in The Australian on Thursday.

Almost one in two respondents (47%) said the hung parliament had been worse for Australia.

Just 13% said it had been better for governance.
