Man missing from Redbank Plains located safe and well

UPDATE: A man reported missing from Redbank Plains on August 11 was located safe and well on August 15 at Redbank.

Police would like to thank the media and the public for their assistance.

 

AUGUST 13: Police are seeking public assistance to help locate a 39-year-old man reported missing from Redbank Plains on Monday.

Oscar Calero Mena, was last seen at approximately 11am at a residence in Glen Fairlie Avenue, Redbank Plains.

Concerns are held for his welfare as he suffers from a medical condition.

Mr Calero Mena is described as being of Latino descent, 180cm tall, with a heavy build, olive complexion, short black hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a blue and white striped t-shirt, grey pants, slippers and was carrying a backpack.

He is known to use public transport and frequent public spaces in and around Redbank Plains, Goodna, Ipswich and Inala.

Police are asking anyone who sees Mr Calero Mena to contact Crimestoppers on 1800 333 000.
