POLICE have been called to investigate after a car was found on fire at Merryvale, 40km south-west of Ipswich.
One fire crew rushed to Greys Plains Rd about 4am Monday to find the vehicle and a small area of grassland on fire.
The fire was allowed to burn out safely before firefighters left the scene.
Police are yet to identify the vehicle.
