DID you make a resolution for the New Year? Or should I say Gregorian New Year?
If it wasn't for a Papal Bull from Pope Gregory XIII in 1582 we might be singing Auld Lang Syne and promising ourselves to exercise more on some other night.
It might have been the Julian calendar, or Chinese New Year (Feb 13 this year) with only the Mayans missing out this year.
