Two Gatton men in hospital following knife fight last night
TWO GATTON men are in hospital, one with multiple stab wounds, following a fight last night.
Police report just before 12.30am this morning, a man entered a Park Lane residence and confronted the 44-year-old male occupant.
An altercation occurred during which time the 44-year-old was assaulted with "a metal implement."
The wounded man was taken to Toowoomba Hospital with non-life threatening stab wounds to his stomach. Police located an injured 20-year-old man in the area a short time later.
He was transported to Toowoomba with a serious leg injury which police believe occurred when he fled the house.
Both men are believed to know each other.
Police investigations are continuing.
