Goodna man charged with producing dangerous drugs

A GOODNA man has been charged with producing dangerous drugs after police allegedly discovered a clandestine drug laboratory in Seventeen Mile Rocks

Around 12.30pm yesterday, police searched a residence on Molesworth St, with officers finding equipment believed to be used in the production of drugs.

The 38-year-old man has also been charged with one count each of possessing dangerous drugs, possessing anything for use in the commission of a crime, possession of prohibited items, stealing and two counts of possessing relevant substance.

He is due to appear in the Richlands Magistrates Court on October 30.

A 39-year-old Seventeen Mile Rocks woman has been charged with one count each of permitting use of place, possessing dangerous drugs, possess tainted property, possess property suspected of having been used in connection with the commission of a drug offence and two counts of possess utensils.

She is due to appear in the Richlands Magistrates Court this morning.
