Firefighters fight to save homes from bushfire at Belli Park

UPDATE 6PM: Four homes have been saved as a bushfire continues to tear through Belli Park, near Yandina.

Several firefighting crews are still battling the blaze burning close to Newspaper Hill Rd.

The fire was started about 3pm.

One home has suffered minimal damage and containment lines have been created around the other structures.

Crews have called for backup.
