Ex-Wallaby driving case held over

FORMER Wallaby and NRL star Andrew Michael Walker has faced court charged with driving while his licence was suspended.

Walker, 40, has been charged with driving while his licence was SPER suspended.

Defence lawyer Trevor Hoskin adjourned the matter for case conferencing.

Mr Hoskin said he would be making a submission to police that continuing with the charges was against the public interest.
