Drunk and driving a car again

TEN days after he was disqualified for drink driving, Gregory Ross Johnson was at it again.

Police picked him up on Morgan St, Bellbird Park, on June 22 where he blew 0.071. Officers found he had been disqualified for a similar offence on June 12.

Ipswich Magistrates Court heard the 53-year-old had two previous convictions for drink driving in the past 12 months.

He was sentenced to three months prison, wholly suspended for 12 months, put on 18 months probation, and disqualified from driving for two years and four months.
