THE news has gone from bad to worse for the San Francisco 49ers ahead of its final regular season game against Arizona.
After being thrashed 42-13 by Seattle last week, the biggest loss under coach Jim Harbaugh, the 49ers have lost wide receiver Mario Mannigham to a season-ending knee injury.
Just this month the team has also lost running back Kendall Hunter to an torn Achilles and wide receiver Kyle Williams to an ACL.
