PROPOSAL TO UPGRADE A MOBILE PHONE BASE STATION LOCATED AT DARRA Telstra plans to upgrade an existing telecommunications facility located at 2666 Ipswich Road, Darra QLD 4076 (Lot 2 on SP234134) 1. Telstra's proposal consists of removing three (3) existing panel antennas and installing three (3) new panel antennas (1.33m long) at a centreline elevation of 26.4m on the existing 25m high monopole. Telstra also proposes to relocate three (3) existing panel antennas from a centreline elevation of 21m to a centreline elevation of 26.8m on the existing 25m high monopole. Six (6) Remote Radio Units (RRUs) are proposed to be installed on the pole adjacent to the antennas. Any electronic equipment associated with the proposed installation would be housed inside the existing Telstra equipment shelter at the base of the facility. 2.
