The ideal applicant will need to possess the following: * A background of demonstrated achievement in management, media and sales or related field is highly desirable * Be innovative and bold * Be confident in executing new ideas that will lead to increased retail revenue * A desire to work with senior sales consultants in achieving their sales objectives * A fundamental belief in the value of advertising * An empathy for customer service and desire to provide solution and opportunity for both sales teams and clients * Outgoing personality and high level of communication and negotiation skills both written and oral * Knowledge in the needs of the market and the ability to develop new opportunities * Able to multi task even under the most demanding time constraints * Current driver's licence * Self motivation and boundless energy A generous package will be negotiated with the successful applicant including salary plus a commission scheme that rewards performance. This senior position involves multi media advertising management in print and online, while managing a team of senior face to face sales consultants. You will also work closely with your sales consultants and clients to achieve and exceed customer expectations, maintaining and growing retail figures whilst, executing new innovative business plans to grow overall revenue.
